That's like saying you want to be a tour guide in inda but you've never left the US. As for rules and regulations, you will have to speak to the management and other dancers. Some states, cities and clubs have very different rules. In most places, if the club wants to sell alcohol they can only be topless. If you are BYOB, the club can be fully nude but limited or no touching. But then again in some places woman on woman contact is fully ok, and other places women aren't even allowed to visit the club. It's a different story everywhere you go. If you plan of dancing in a topless bar you will have to make sure your underwear passes regulations.
