Can only really offer a little advice on the breasts. From what I've seen, most people draw perfect circles, with the nipples exactly in the center, and this is obviously not the case in reality (unless you are looking at implants, I guess.) Hint at the curve, don't draw the entire outline, because then it looks too balloon like.

Can you be transgendered but still like your own body?
I know that transgender folk feel like they were born in the wrong body, which is what I feel like.I identify with men, I feel like one and I want male genitalia, I want to be accepted as one, but there are parts of me that also like the female parts. Don't worry, it makes sense to me. I actually feel rather the same way- while I like my vagina and breasts fine enough, I really would love to have a penis and if I could have chosen at birth, I probably would have went with 'male' instead of 'female'.

But enough about me; the point is that you don't have to hate your body or its parts in order to be transgender. Many trans people actually enjoy their bodies and masturbate, even though there are just as many who feel intensely uncomfortable in their bodies and hate the parts that feminize or masculinize them. It just depends on the individual. There's a prevailing though that all transsexuals hate their bodies and that in order to a "true" transsexual, that you need to have surgery or be planning for it- not at all true. There are just as many "non-op" transpeople as there are "pre-op" or "post-op".

Still, if you ever wanted to try and get approval for hormones or surgery to give you these things you want, you'd probably need to change your story- clinicians still diagnose gender dysphoria as having a hatred or discomfort of your body, which is unfortunate, for all those who really do want to transition to the other sex even though they're a little different in their feelings about it.
